Dr. Cannon and his Enchanted Hall with Mike Clague.

Dr. Cannon , who insisted on being called 'His Excellency Dr Sir Alexander Cannon KGCB, MD, PhD, etc’, came to the Island at the start of WW2 and established his Clinic for Nervous Diseases. He was a controversial author, flamboyant clinician and an amateur magician with a private theatre in Douglas. Mike Clague, himself a member of The Magic Circle, explores the story of Dr. Cannon and whether we can believe what we see, hear and read about this ‘New Manx Worthy’.
