- **Event Description**: Come along to the magical Casa Colibri, our wonderful Soundsphere yurt in Peebles, Scottish Borders for a deep and supportive sound medicine experience. 

Guests will find a warm welcome, the fire will be on (if needed!) and the afternoon will include a talk and sharing, medicine cards and a one hour deep sound journey to bring peace, replenishment and rest.

Suzy Nairn will host the session and weave the sounds of Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gong, drum and voice to take you to the space you need. Can help reduce tension, fatigue, anxiety and pain and help improve sleep patterns and balance blood pressure.

The sessions allow a small group (max 8) to gather and guests must read the attending instructions regarding what to bring, parking and arrival etc, thank you! 

Address is included in the confirmation email. 
Comfortable cushions for lying on are provided plus blankets etc. 
Guests can also choose to bring their own cosy blanket, pillow/cushion, eye mask (optional), journal and water bottle.

**These sessions may not be suitable if you have frequency or sound induced epilepsy or migraines, or if you are less than 3 months pregnant. Please email me if you have any questions. By booking this session you are confirming that you are taking full responsibility for your own health and are choosing to attend.

** If the session needs to be cancelled by Soundsphere then tickets will be transferred to the next session. If this is not possible then a refund will be provided from Soundsphere.
Tickets are non refundable or transferable to another date 7 days before the event (guests can gift to a friend or offer it for free to someone else). Full terms and conditions are in confirmation email thank you.
