Inner Wild Presents: The Art Of Stillness

An immersive day retreat designed to gently guide you from doing… into being.

The Art of Stillness is a creative and nervous system–soothing experience rooted in yoga, seasonal ritual and mindful expression — a chance to soften before winter fully arrives, and remember the medicine of quiet.

You’ll be held in a flow of:

-90-minute slow-flow yoga to unlock tension and land back in your body

-Guided intuitive painting session — no experience needed, just curiosity

-Breathwork + mindfulness workshop to reset your inner pace

-Deep rest through Yoga Nidra to complete the nervous system repair

-Nourishing seasonal lunch + gift bag to take a little of the magic home

-his is a gentle invitation to pause before the rush, reconnect to your inner landscape, and tend to your inner life with creativity, breath and presence.

No previous experience in yoga or art is required — just a willingness to slow down.
