Dance A'roon

We shall be exploring the invitation to move from what feels good. We’ll explore movement that emerges from softness rather than effort, listening to the body and what is being called for in each moment.

In Dance Aroon we journey through waves of different tempos and tunes moving in whatever way the body is needing to.

We begin with some gentle prompts from myself to deepen into the body, and become more present with whatever is arising in each moment. Sometimes I draw upon dance imagery to guide this process othertimes drawing upon various somatic practises to support.

Then the dancefloor is yours!
