A one-day retreat to gently explore your relationship with confidence Saturday 4th July at A Wee Retreat Studios in Peebles, Scottish Borders plus enjoy an intimate concert with Starling in the evening.

There are moments where you notice it. Not always in an obvious way. Just a quiet awareness that you’re holding back slightly… second-guessing yourself… waiting to feel more certain before you move. You might not even describe yourself as lacking confidence. But you know there’s more available to you than this. 

This day is a space to explore that. Not by pushing you to be more confident. But by gently uncovering what’s already there. This is not a day about becoming someone else. It’s a space to look more honestly at your relationship with confidence. What it means to you. Where it already exists in your life. And where you might be holding yourself back without realising it. 

Because confidence, in the way I see it, isn’t something you wait for. It’s something that builds through small, honest movement. And that starts with awareness. 

The day will be gently held…

There will be space to slow down and arrive in yourself. 

Moments of reflection, journaling and conversation. 

Simple practices to help you notice your patterns more clearly. 

Opportunities to explore how confidence shows up in your life now… and where it’s already stronger than you’ve been acknowledging. 

Nothing forced. 

Nothing you have to perform. 

Just a space to be honest, to listen, and to begin to relate to yourself differently.

We’ll close the day at 4.30pm. You’ll have time to step away, take a walk, have something to eat, or simply rest. And in the evening, you’re invited to return for something a little different. An intimate performance and conversation with Starling. A lighter space. A chance to listen, reflect, and perhaps experience something of yourself in a new way. 

This is included in your ticket, but completely optional.
