Cafe Cùil faces the sea just outside stunning Carbost on the Isle of Skye. In this idyllic setting, award-winning chef Clare Coghill celebrates Highland produce, reimagines traditional Scottish dishes and puts a Hebridean twist on some global ones.

We are thrilled to welcome Clare to the bookshop to celebrate publication of this fantastic book.  There will be a cookery demo and conversation about Clare’s journey from pouring candles, and working as a TV researcher to winning Channel 4’s ‘My Kitchen Rules’, opening her first restaurant and writing her first book.
