# Event Details

- **Event Name**: Informational Meeting - Ray-Pec Baseball Foundation
- **Event Start and End Date**: Mon, 29 Jun, 2026 at 06:00 pm
- **Event Description**: YOU’RE INVITED: RAY-PEC PROSPECTS INFORMATIONAL MEETING THIS MONDAY!

The momentum is building fast, and the future of Ray-Pec baseball is taking shape! Thanks to the incredible response from our community, we are already incredibly close to having enough players to field at least one team at every single youth age level from 8U through 14U for our inaugural Spring 2027 season!

To share our vision, answer your questions, and start mapping out the details for the upcoming season, the Ray-Pec Baseball Foundation is hosting a completely open, casual informational meeting this week.

When: This Monday, June 29th at 6:00 PM

Where: The Patio Commons at Raymore-Peculiar High School

Time Flexibility: The main overview starts at 6:00 PM, but we will be staying on-site until 7:30 PM. If you can’t make it right at 6:00, please feel free to swing by whenever you can to ask questions and chat!

 What we will be discussing:
Our plans to keep registration costs minimal by utilizing local Ray-Pec school district facilities for all practices.

Our volunteer coaching structure and how our coaches will receive direct, hands-on support (including practice planning and on-field help) from the Ray-Pec High School Varsity baseball coaching staff.

How you can get involved as a foundation member, volunteer, or coach.

Who should attend? Absolutely everyone is welcome! This meeting is for parents with kids (ages 8U through 14U) interested in playing for the Ray-Pec Prospects, local coaches, or anyone in the community who wants to support youth sports and help us build this pathway from youth leagues to high school varsity.

Please note: This is a purely informational gathering. There won't be any formal voting or official board business handled—just great conversations, answering your questions, and building relationships as a baseball community.

Come see what we are all about, grab the details, and let’s build something great for our kids. We hope to see you Monday night!
