- **Event Description**: Join Laura for another of her beloved retreats a WOMEN’S MOON PHASE RETREAT DAY on Sunday, January 11th from 9:30AM-5:30PM

 A day of relaxing and gathering together at the studio to refresh your Mind, Body, & Soul with the changing of the season and the new year. We will focus our Retreat Day on learning about working with the various phases of the moon. Our weekend will begin with a Coffee and Crystals Breakfast Workshop focusing on crystals connected to the lunar phases and learning about crystals and moon water, followed by a workshop on cycle synching with the phases of the moon, a Winter hike and stretch at Mellow Park (weather permitting) followed by a hearty winter lunch, working with Moonology Oracle Cards and Divination tools for the phases of the moon, then a special workshop on lunar recipes. Our day will conclude with a ‘Moving with the Moon’ Restorative and Yin Yoga class followed by a Sound Soak and Meditation to embrace the changing of the season and welcome the new year.
