- **Event Description**: Join Laura for another of her beloved retreats. This time we will be gathering to honor the Full Harvest Moon in Aries on Sunday, October 5th from 9:00AM-5:30PM.

WOMEN’S FULL MOON RETREAT WEEKEND: A day of relaxing and gathering together at the studio to refresh your Mind, Body, & Soul with the Full Harvest Moon. Our weekend will begin Sunday morning  with a Coffee and Crystals Breakfast Workshop focusing on crystals connected to the energy of the moon and learning about moon water, followed by a workshop on cycle synching with the moon, a Fall hike and stretch at Mellow Park (weather permitting)  followed by a bountiful harvest lunch, working with Moonology Oracle Cards, then a special workshop on rituals and recipes for the lunar cycles. Our day will conclude with a Release and Flow Somatic Restorative Yoga class following with a Full Moon Sound Soak Sound Bath and Meditation ending with treats and tea before our Full Moon Releasing Ceremony to send everyone home rested and ready for the Full Moon.
