Proficient Pistol

Proficient Pistol is a handgun course designed to refine and validate a shooter’s ability to operate a pistol safely, efficiently, and accurately under realistic conditions. The class emphasizes mastery of core fundamentals—including grip, stance, sight management, trigger control, and recoil management—while integrating reloads, malfunction clearing, and decision-making under time constraints. Through structured drills and measured performance standards, students will build consistency, confidence, and accountability with the pistol, culminating in evaluated shooting exercises that demonstrate practical proficiency rather than basic familiarity.
