Stop scrolling and start rolling! If you’ve ever watched Roller Derby and thought, "I wish I could do that," this is your sign. We are looking for our next class of "Fresh Meat" rookies to join the South Side family.

? THE JOURNEY TO THE TRACK:

1️⃣ Boot Camp (4 Weeks): Master the fundamentals of balance, stopping, and falling.

2️⃣ Roller Derby 101: Level up to contact drills, pack formations, and official rules.

3️⃣ Draft Day: Once you graduate 101, you are officially DRAFTABLE! Spend your first year as a Rookie (Fresh Meat)—the most fun you'll ever have in sports.

? THE "HOME TEST" – ARE YOU READY? ?

Try these three challenges at home to see if you have the physical foundation to train in a group setting:

✅ The Balance Test: Can you stand on your Right foot for 30 seconds? Now, can you do the same on your Left foot for 30 seconds?

✅ The Power Test: Can you hold a wall squat (sit against the wall) for 30 seconds?

✅ The Recovery Test: Can you get up off the floor from a seated position without using your hands for support?

? DIDN'T PASS THE TEST YET? Don't stay home! DM us the word "READY" for access to our Off-Skate Beginner Readiness Program. We will send you the exact drills to do at home so you can build the strength to join us on the track!
