The Healing Table: A Holiday Support Group for Grief & Emotional Distance

The holidays can bring joy but they can also surface grief, loneliness, and emotional distance from family. The Healing Table is a two-day, small-group experience designed to offer comfort and connection before Thanksgiving week begins.

Whether you’re missing someone you love or struggling to feel close to family, this space invites you to exhale, reflect, and reconnect with yourself and with others who understand.

What to Expect

✨ 90-minute guided sessions

✨ A closed, intimate group (8–12 participants MAX)

✨ Reflection, storytelling, and shared healing

✨ A soulful, catered meal prepared by Chef Nicolas Wiseman

✨ Warm facilitation by Shaobeny Johnson, Licensed Professional Counseling Associate (Under the Supervision of Amy Hutchinson, LPC-S, RPT-S)

The Release – Gentle circle, sharing, and reflection

The Renewal – Guided discussion, writing exercise, and shared meal

Seats are limited to 12 participants per cohort to keep the space intimate and sacred.

💵 Investment:

Founding Rate – $150 per participant

Includes both sessions and a full catered meal.

This is a special founding rate for the first cohorts of The Healing Table offered at a reduced rate as Shifting with Shaobeny opens this new community experience. Future intensive cohorts will reflect regular pricing ($200+).
