Hop on over to join Sunshine Therapeutic Riding Center (STRC) for its annual Eggstravaganza--a family-friendly egg hunt for "Eggceptional" children. Four separate hunts will take place this year by age group or ability.
1:15 pm--Special needs children and their families
2:00 pm--Hunt #1 for Children 5 years of age or younger
2:30 pm--Hunt #2 for Children 5 years of age or younger
3:00 pm--Children 6 years of age to 8 years of age
3:30 pm--Children 8 years of age to 10 years of age
4:00 pm--Children 11 years of age or older
The event is FREE, but REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED as there are a limited number of tickets for each egg hunt. Click on the "Donate & Tickets" button on the upper right of this page to get tickets. When registering, parents should include their name and contact information for each ticket requested in lieu of listing the name of the child participating in the egg hunt.
The Easter Bunny will be there for FREE photos—just bring your cell phone or camera. Activities, such as hayrides, carnival games and crafts, will be available for purchase at the event. Easter-focused snacks will also be offered to attendees at an additional cost. You can purchase your activity ticket bundles when you sign up for your FREE egg hunt tickets. Activity tickets will also be sold on the day of the event.
Please DO NOT bring any personal pets to the event as attendees will be in close proximity to our therapy horses.
If you cannot make the event, but would like to financially support STRC and its mission to improve the lives of individuals through the therapeutic power of horses, a tax-deductible donation can be made by clicking the "donate" button.
(NOTE: In the event of inclement weather, the Eggstravaganza will take place on Saturday, April 4th, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm)
