In order for an individual or organization to use any of the MTQ assessment tools, attending licensed user training is required. This workshop accredits participants as licensed practitioners and equips them with the skills to administer Mental Toughness assessments effectively. The program enables attendees to:

• Confidently use the assessment with individuals and organizations and provide feedback
• Recognize the wide range of applications across leadership, education, and social impact
