In the first session, we will be covering concepts such as variables, conditionals, functions, and beyond (if everyone can keep up!) This first session will be primarily a learning workshop where participants get a handle on the most basic parts of coding.In the second session, we will put these skills to the test by creating a little text-based adventure game. Participants can choose to team up or take on the challenge solo! In the second half of the session, we will be going through some of the games everyone has made!This workshop is precursor to potential future workshops along the same series. Eventually leading to more advanced concepts and game development in Unity.This session allows youths to:Learn the fundamentals of programming in a high-level language. The language C# was chosen due to its use in Unity scripting as well as its ease of understanding.Understand how basic game logic functions.
