Heartland Saddle Club Annual Meeting

Sunday, December 7, 2025: Heartland Saddle Club Annual meeting/election of officers. Due to the postponement of our riding event at McCook on December 7 (because of EHV concerns), we will hold a special meeting at Ole’s Big Game Steakhouse in Paxton instead, to update everyone on next years’ plans and current happenings. Election of 2026 officers will also be included on the agenda so if you are interested in holding an office, please let an officer know.

Members are welcome to come early or stay late for a delicious Ole’s meal (pay for your own, dutch treat!), but plan to attend the club meeting starting at 1:30MT. Those coming to eat may come in early at 12:30MT (1:30CT) and assemble in the Swede’s café area. This is not our holiday party, that will be next month on Sunday, January 11th in N Platte.

Directions to Ole’s: From highway 30 on main street, ½ block south on the east side of the street at the flashing light. Coming from I-80, turn north and proceed into town, cross the railroad tracks and continue north 1 block. Please RSVP to Twila if you plan to attend, or via Facebook event, in case we need to cancel because of the weather!
