About the event

Yin & Pin: Yoga & Acupuncture

Join Islay Taylor and Dr. Tamra Portal for a unique pairing of relaxation and wellness as we combine gentle meditative Yin Yoga with the therapeutic effects of Acupuncture. This session is designed to promote deep relaxation and balance. Acupuncture will be incorporated during a 30 minute extended shavasana at the end of class.
