Winter Solstice Sound Bath

Treat yourself to a nourishing and relaxing sound bath on the Winter Solstice. The event opens with gentle movement and breathing exercises in order to prepare your whole body and being for this deeply restorative experience. Then Ben will play a variety of healing instruments, creating a serene state of stillness so fitting for the winter months. Don’t lose yourself in the craziness of holiday stress. Take a moment to receive and ground as Ben helps you release energetic blocks and slip into a deep state of restoration for the body, mind and soul.

Blankets and bolsters will be provided at the studio. It is recommended to bring your own yoga mat, scarf/eye mask, and any other miscellaneous, cushy items that will make you feel cozy! Wear comfortable clothing. This will be an afternoon of peace, solace, and magic. We hope you will join us!
