This special class invites caregivers and children to move together through energizing yoga flows and creative movement in a welcoming, community-centered space. Together, we’ll build balance, flexibility, strength, and connection—ending with a calming relaxation to ground and reset.

The class is open to all genders and is designed to be accessible, playful, and supportive for both adults and kids. No prior yoga experience is required.

Event Details:
• Date: Saturday, January 10, 2026
• Time: 1:00–2:00pm
• Suggested Donation: $20 per caregiver/child pair
• Recommended Child Age: 7–11
• What to Bring: Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and a yoga mat (loaners available)

All proceeds directly benefit Girls on the Run Rhode Island, an organization dedicated to inspiring participants to be joyful, healthy, and confident through a fun, experience-based curriculum that integrates social-emotional learning, life skills, and physical activity.
