River Glow 2025

This beloved summer tradition transforms downtown Westerly-Pawcatuck into a vibrant celebration, featuring glowing bonfires floating on the Pawcatuck River. Festivities begin in Donahue Park with a variety of food vendors, family-friendly activities, and local artisans.

Live music throughout the area will include performances by Alter Ego, Brandon Donahue, Undercover Cameo, and steel drumming that adds a tropical flair. Visitors can also enjoy captivating entertainment like fire juggling, circus acts, and belly dancing.

New this year, Wilcox Park will offer a more serene River Glow experience. The pond will be lit with soft LED globes, creating a peaceful atmosphere perfect for quiet reflection. A meditative sound bath provided by Zen Zone will add to the calming ambiance.

This magical evening is made possible by the generous support of Floor Coverings International, Jewett City Savings Bank, Olympia Tea Room, Rocky’s Tree Service, Shoreline Painting, Sun Media Group, Washington Trust Company, WBLQ, and Westerly/Mystic Paints.
