Intro to the Channels of Awareness Workshop

Join Kat for an Introduction to the Channels of Somatic Awareness Workshop. This is a 60-minute in-person workshop that gently opens the door to understanding the five channels through which your body communicates: Mind, Imagination, Posture, Sensation, and Emotion.

Through guided movement, breath, and reflection, you’ll learn how to track these channels in real time, noticing how your inner and outer worlds mirror one another. This workshop blends somatic education with embodied practice, helping you tune into what your body has been trying to tell you all along.

Perfect for anyone new to somatic awareness or seeking a deeper connection between body and consciousness. Leave feeling grounded, curious, and fluent in your body’s wisdom.
