Food: Roasted Beet, goat cheese, arugula salad with vinaigrette.
Cocktail: Fire & Ice featuring St. Julian Barrel-Aged Peppercorn Vodka
Third Course
Food: Grilled filet mignon with roasted asparagus and Boursin mashed potatoes.
Cocktail: Crimson Kiss featuring St. Julian Whiskey aged in Port Barrels
Fourth Course
Food: Chocolate Lava Cake with Raspberry Coulis
Cocktail: Blue Moon featuring St. Julian Blueberry Brandy
