The New Moon is a powerful time for intention setting — a moment to pause, reflect, and choose what you want to call into your life. Join Carmen for a nurturing 90-minute circle where we slow down, breathe, and create space for clarity and alignment.
We’ll share guided meditation, gentle grounding practices, journaling, and supportive conversation. No previous experience is needed — just come as you are.
What to Bring:
• Yoga mat
• Journal + pen
• Water bottle
• Comfortable clothing
• A willingness to go inward
