There are two kinds of people: those who have seen the movie Under the Tuscan Sun and those who haven’t… To both groups we warmly recommend this extraordinary program—rich, full of experiences, and guaranteed to recharge your energy. We will travel very close to the city of Cortona, the setting of the film, and we call it magic because it simply is. 🙂

We offer perfect well‑being: a delightful blend of active rest and relaxing activity. Here you will recharge, connect, disconnect, and unwind. Whether you come alone, with friends, or with your partner, you will return home with new experiences.

Our program includes:

- Accommodation in 2–3 bed rooms, full board with 3 meals a day (with our own chef!) 🏡 
- Daily Nia and yoga classes, self‑discovery workshops 🧘
- Daily use of the spa
- One “silent disco” in the forest 
- One wine tasting 🍷
- One intimate evening concert
- One cooking workshop with Sergio, our chef 🍕
- Private parking and Wifi available

✈️ From Spain and/or Hungary we fly to Pisa or Bologna… and from there the adventure begins: we rent a car together and continue the journey into the magic of Tuscany. The plane ticket must be arranged individually! Travel expenses are not included in the retreat price!

Beatrix Boda: Nia Black Belt teacher and dance & movement therapist
Mari Balázs: Nia Black Belt teacher and kundalini yoga instructor
