Join us for a unique tasting that layers education with a delightful sensory experience. When local extra virgin & flavored olive oils are paired expertly with artisan cheeses while you sip CASS Wine, all the senses are engaged in the best way. This is a class that keeps giving as you meet the farmer, learn from the Chef and find ways to level up your own entertaining and cheffing.
