SongkRun – Participant Waiver & Assumption of RiskBy purchasing a ticket and registering for SongkRun (the "Event"), organised by 319 Studios Pte. Ltd. ("Organiser"), you agree to the following on behalf of yourself and any minor you register:Voluntary participation. You take part voluntarily, in full knowledge that the Event includes a 5km/10km run on roads and park terrain, splash zones and water activities, a water park environment, ice baths and saunas, HIIT, yoga, pilates, pickleball, and areas where alcohol is served.Assumption of risk. You understand these activities carry inherent risks including slips and falls, collisions, water inhalation, cold-water or heat-related illness, physical injury, and in serious cases permanent disability or death. You knowingly assume all such risks.Medical fitness. You confirm you are physically fit and medically able to participate, have no condition that makes participation unsafe, and will stop any activity if you feel unwell. The Organiser recommends consulting a doctor if in doubt.Release of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release the Organiser, Wild Wild Wet, Downtown East, NTUC Club, and their respective staff, contractors, sponsors and partners (the "Released Parties") from all claims arising from your participation or presence at the Event. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by a Released Party's own negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.Indemnity. You agree to indemnify the Released Parties against any third-party claims arising from your participation, your breach of these terms, or your failure to follow Event rules and staff instructions (except where caused by a Released Party's negligence or wilful misconduct).Rules & removal. You agree to follow all Event rules, safety briefings and the reasonable instructions of staff, marshals, pacers and lifeguards. The Organiser may refuse entry to or remove anyone who is intoxicated, unsafe or non-compliant, without refund.Medical treatment. You consent to the Organiser arranging first aid or emergency services if needed, and accept that you are responsible for the cost of any resulting medical treatment. No participant medical insurance is provided.Personal property. You are solely responsible for your belongings. The Released Parties are not responsible for any loss, damage or theft of personal property at the Event.Insurance. Your ticket does not include personal accident or medical insurance. You are responsible for arranging your own cover.Media & likeness. The Event will be photographed and filmed. You grant the Organiser and its partners a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your image, likeness and voice for marketing and commercial purposes without further compensation.Personal data. You consent to the Organiser collecting and using your personal data (including emergency contact and any health information provided) for registration, safety and Event communications, in accordance with the PDPA and the Organiser's privacy policy.Participants under 18. If you are registering a minor, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian, consent to their participation, confirm they are medically fit, and accept this waiver on their behalf.Changes & cancellation. The Organiser may shorten, modify, relocate, postpone or cancel all or part of the Event for safety, weather, regulatory or force majeure reasons. Refunds (if any) are governed by the ticketing terms.Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.By completing your purchase, you confirm you are at least 18 (or are a parent/guardian registering a minor), have read and understood this waiver, and agree to it freely.
