Unlike other walkathons, this event encourages one to practice mindful quiet walking, minimizing conversations, to focus on one's movements and learnings at the pit stops with awareness.Designed to be inclusive, engaging and non-competitive, come with your friends, family and your furry companions, for a meaningful, memorable morning of mindfulness walk and end the day with nutritional refreshments, plus leaving notes of gratitude and thanks.Your ticket purchased for the walk will be a direct donation to Shan You to raise much needed funds to sustain our mental health initiatives as well community programmes such as food ration, communal dining for seniors and those in need.Every ticket purchased entitles participant an event pack which includes goodies for the humans and their furry companions.
