Qualifications:

Open for Fresh Graduates!

No Prior Experience Needed!

Must be a Bachelor's Degree Holder in any course.

2. Service Delivery Analyst
The Role: Permanent Onsite, Day Shift, 100% Back Office/Non-Voice Account in Ortigas.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree holder in any course.

With 1-2 years of experience in insurance accounts or a related field.

3. Service Delivery Trainer
The Role: Permanent Onsite, Day Shift in Ortigas.

Qualifications:

With experience in Financial Services or related fields.

Has BPO training/team lead experience.

Has quality assurance experience in reviewing and optimizing processes.
