We'll be kicking off the regional with a Blind Draw Friday night. Door open at 5:00 PM and registration will close at 6:00. The teams will be generated shortly after. 

5:00 PM  - Doors Open

6:00 PM - Last call for check in followed by team generation and round robin games.

*Registration Fee and Payouts preferred cash to keep this like a standard Thursday but a Blind Draw with 3 divisions.

*Players will be asked to register for the division their skill level is set to on the ACL app. This eliminates someone playing up and ruining someone's night or someone playing down and running through a lower division. 

Details

Check in/Registration will begin at 5:30 with the blind draw team generation going out just after 6 once everyone is checked in. We'll start with 2 round robin followed by the double elimination tournament. 



Saturday @ Hapo Center (11/15/2025):

9:00 AM - Doors open 

10:00 AM - Singles for all 3 divisions (1-2 round robin games)

3:00 PM* - BYOP for all 3 divisions (2 round robin)

Sit N Goes will be ran throughout the day as boards open up. 

*Start time of the second event is hard to determine and will vary by game length and registration count. The estimated time is our best guess. 

Venue Details:
No outside food or drinks. We'll keep everyone updated on the menu for the day.



General Information:

-We urge players to get an ACL membership early in the season. Players without a membership get charged an extra $10 by the software per event and this is out of our control. The best thing we can do is inform our players and encourage them to get the gold membership early in the season so it pays for itself multiple times throughout the season.
