This hour-long sound bath will feature crystal singing bowls, rainsticks, drums, chimes and more. Instruments are played in the center of the room as well as around each participant.Location: Event will be held in the cozy loft-nest that is The Bar Method Pasadena fitness studio in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. NOTE: This is a second-story venue with no elevator access.Parking: There is street parking surrounding the event location, however the most accessible and affordable parking can be found at the De Lacey Parking Gargage: 45 S. De Lacey Ave, Pasadena, CADate & Time: This sound bath will be held on the Summer Solstice, Sunday June 21 at 7:25pm. The event will start promptly at 7:30 and end at 8:30. She is also a Buddhist practitioner following the Plum Village tradition as led by Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh. She leads events such as mindfulness walks, guided meditations and sound baths, as well as coaches people one-on-one, helping them develop their meditation practice. She has facilitated events in private homes, large office buildings, churches, synagogues, elementary schools, public nature trails and private gardens.Anna was a professional modern dancer and loved making and recording music as a hobby. Sound healing came into Anna's life during a time of anxiety and insomnia and helped bring her joyfully back to her musical roots.
