We’ll then move into a nurturing yoga practice and mini sound bath. Learn about the power of plants with herbalism 101 and plant spirit meditation with Brooke. We’ll finish with making your own tea blend to take home and support you through the season.Spring is an expansive season that brings new life and inspiration. This moment of transition is a wonderful time to gather, nurture our inner landscape and welcome the seasonal shift!All levels of experience are welcome. A light snack will also be provided. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move in and a journal.---Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in at 11:40 AM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 12:05 PM. We cannot guarantee entry if you are running past five minutes late. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the workshop(yoga mat, water, journal, etc.).
