New Moon Sound Bath with Kane Sun

Join us for a New Moon Sound Bath under the gentle, nurturing energy of Cancer.

This New Moon invites us to slow down and turn inward—offering a space to reconnect with our intuition, release emotional residue, and plant intentions rooted in self-care and inner harmony as we welcome the heart of summer.

We’ll work with the element of Water and themes of emotional renewal and self-nurturing, gently washing away old patterns and protective shells that no longer serve us. Through this release, we create room to honor what feels safe, sacred, and aligned with our truest selves.

Our session will begin with intention setting, offering a quiet moment of reflection and clarity before immersing in sound. Feel free to bring a journal, cozy blankets, and anything that brings you comfort and calm.

As we flow into summer, together we tend to the emotional soil—softening, soothing, and making space for personal growth from the inside out.

Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in at 6:40 PM. Please arrive on time as we will be locking the doors at 7:05 PM. We cannot guarantee entry if you are running past five minutes late. You can park in the Pavilion's parking lot located on California Ave. There's a flight of stairs that leads up to the studio. There is also free parking on Lake Ave. on Sunday.

Please bring your own yoga mat and anything else you may need for the sound bath (pillows, etc). We have yoga bolsters, blankets and props available, as well as mat rentals.
