Participants can choose to sit in a chair or lie down on comfy mats upon a carpeted floor. Candle-lit, the room transforms into a cozy nest as instruments are played around each participant during this hour-long experience.Location: Event will be held at The Bar Method Pasadena loft fitness studio in the heart of Old Town Pasadena. NOTE: This is a second-story venue with no elevator access.Parking: There is street parking surrounding the event location, however the most accessible and affordable parking can be found at the De Lacey Parking Gargage: 45 S. De Lacey Ave, Pasadena, CADate & Time: This sound bath will be held on Sunday evening, August 30 at 7:25pm. The event will start promptly at 7:30 and end at 8:30. Please arrive 10 minutes early to find parking, check in and get settled.
