She has 200 hours in Kundalini Teacher Training and is midway through a 200-hour Hatha Teacher Training with Yoga Alliance.She teaches kriyas that loosen the physical body and open up the lungs to prepare students for a deep meditation. The practices she teaches can be inserted into daily life and help form your personal Sadhana.
