Comfortable with progression in duple and triple minor set. FOR THE CHALLENGING SESSION: Can learn a dance of moderate difficulty with just one or two walkthroughs. SUNDAY's TEA DANCE EVENT is OPEN TO ALL LEVELS. -------------------------------------- REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN (Link is above listed as "tickets.") SPACE IS LIMITED! Registering early is highly recommended (and it helps the event planners too). WE EXPECT TO SELL OUT WELL BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH (SOON). If you are interested please do not delay in registering. -------------------------------------- TICKET PRICES: Thanks to the generosity of a benefactor we are able to offer the following rates: Standard admission for BOTH DAYS: $75 Patron level admission for BOTH DAYS: $90 WHAT IS A PATRON TICKET? The pandemic has forced us to limit attendance at our events (to approx. 70%), yet our largest expenses remain fixed. Attendees will still be able to pay "Standard Admission" which provides all the benefits of the dance. The "Patron Level" is intended for those individuals who can afford, and are willing, to donate a little extra to help defray the losses we are currently incurring. Our overall goal is to continue forward offering quality events at reasonable prices and keep HTDS going strong. We thank in advance those who can help us to sustain our community in these troubled times by way of donations* and patron level tickets. *All donations are tax deductible. A donation button is located on our website home page. FRIENDSHIP FUND: As always our Friendship Fund is available for folks who would like to attend but would not otherwise be able to afford the ticket price. (Friendship Fund can be either partial or full. Please reach out to us for more details or to recommend a friend for this.) We truly believe that “life is better when dancing” and “making dancing available to all.” Many have used the Friendship Fund for an event as needed and then responded in kind through lending a hand or helping to sponsor and bring in others to our community. It is available to our community at large for all events. -------------------------------------- **Please note: Separate tickets will be sold for both days ( Saturday's workshops and Sunday's Celtic Tea Social) based on available space after dance weekend spaces are secured. Individual tickets will go on sale at least a week ahead of event date.
