- **Event Description**: Join us for a group ride on Pasadena Transit up to the opening night of Christmas Tree Lane!About this EventJoin us for a group ride to Altadena's Christmas Tree Lane!We'll be riding as a group on Pasadena Transit 20 to Christmas Tree Lane's 105th annual Winter Festival in Altadena, with beautiful lights, food, and crafts at this special community event. Christmas Tree Lane will be closed to car traffic, making it an ideal night to enjoy the lights on foot!We'll be meeting at 4:30pm in the courtyard of The Commons shopping mall at 140 S Lake Ave, just outside Philz Coffee. After we've gathered up, we'll take the next Pasadena Transit 20 bus to the southern end of Christmas Tree Lane (arriving just after 5pm), at which point we can split off and enjoy the festivities. The lighting ceremony will take place at 6pm. The last Pasadena Transit bus returning will depart at 7:30pm, although earlier departures at 6:30 and 7pm are available. Your guide will provide all the necessary transit information to ensure a smooth ride!Participants will be required to purchase their own transit fare, which is 75¢ each way ($1.50 round-trip), or 50¢ for children and 35¢ for senior/disabled; remember to bring exact change or a loaded TAP card. We'll be enjoying Christmas Tree Lane's Winter Festival on foot, so remember to bring comfortable walking shoes! There will be food and drink for sale.
