Through practical exploration, we will investigate various kinds of touch and ranges of pressure. We will practice observing, moving into contact with clarity and intention, and applying appropriate amounts of pressure. We will work through several foundational asanas and there will be ample time to practice both giving and receiving touch. This workshop, valuable for both teachers and practitioners interested in deepening their skills, will provide practical tools, hands-on experience, and a greater understanding of the value of yoga adjustments. ---Checking In: We are located at 553 S. Lake Ave in Pasadena and will begin check-in 15 minutes before workshop time. Please arrive with ample time to get checked in and settled.
