We have had a lot of request for our application, so its coming out early this year! Don't wait to get your spot. 
We will be set up inside Forest Park, Parsons, KS Friday, May 22th from 3:00pm-8:00pm & Saturday, May 23th from 9:00am-8:00pm. The event goes until 10:30 each evening if you have lights and wish to stay open the whole time.  If you need a printable form, click here

Vendor Application & Payment Guidelines: 
• Food vendors have a different application to submit. Please contact us for that application and more information if you sell food of any type. 

•    Vendors will be selected based on products offered in order to provide a variety for shoppers

•    Only one vendor per name brand product will be allowed (first come, first serve)

•    You must list out products you intend to sell; if you bring something else not listed, you will need to get it approved or you may be asked to remove it from your table. 

•    This is an outdoor event. Event will not be canceled due to weather, unless the entire event is canceled. NO REFUNDS.

•    Space is not guaranteed if payment is not received WITHIN 5 DAYS.

• ******No payments day of. If I don’t have your payment shortly after you sign up, you will not be allowed to set up. 

•    Electricity is available on a limited basis and small extra charge. You must provide your own extension cords. 

•    You are responsible for your own tables, tents, and products. 

• We have a Beer Garden at the Festival from 5:30pm-10:30pm. If you have outdoor lighting, you have the opportunity to extend your operating hours during the festival if you wish to do so.

•    This is a two day event. You may choose to leave your tents set up overnight, there will be park security at night, but you are ultimately responsible for your products if you choose to do so. 

•    You are responsible for collecting and remitting Kansas sales tax. The rate is 9.250%. 

•    Set up time is from 10am - 2:30pm on Friday, May 22th and 7am-8:30am on Saturday, May 23th. All vehicles must be out of the park 30 mins before the event begins.  No vehicles will be allowed in the park after that time. Vendors must be set up by 3pm on Friday or 9am on Saturday. More details will follow.

Zone A: Close to stage and food vendors. Must attend both Friday & Saturday for this zone. If you need electricity you must choose this zone as well. 
Zone B: Farther away from stage but still good traffic flow area. 
Zone C: This zone gets you a booth at our Katy Day Festival, but possibly in a lower traffic area.
