5th Annual Motion Challenge

Any form of movement counts! 15 mins = 1 km. This is a good time to get family, friends, neighbours and coworkers involved. Create teams and challenge each other. You can pledge any amount or donate a flat rate. All monies raised will go towards programming needs for people with disabilities. Help support a worthy cause.
