Internal Family Systems Introduction

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a gentle, evidence-informed approach to therapy that helps you understand the different “parts” of yourself — the inner voices, emotions, reactions, and patterns that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. In this introductory workshop you’ll learn how to recognise protective parts like the inner critic or the avoider, meet vulnerable parts with compassion, and access your calm, grounded core Self. Through guided exercises and practical examples, you’ll discover how greater inner awareness can reduce overwhelm, improve relationships, and create a deeper sense of balance and self-trust.

This workshop will be of particular interest to those in therapeutic professions, however no prior therapy knowledge is needed — just curiosity about your inner world.
