Sound Circle Ceremony

Join Samira and Mariah for an evening dedicated to clearing the mind and energizing the spirit through sound and breath. We will begin by finding our collective heartbeat through guided group drumming. Please bring a drum, shaker, or rainstick if available. No experience or instrument necessary to soak in these good vibes. As we transition into stillness, you'll be invited to lie down for a gong and drum wash, a unique experience where the instruments are played directly over you to cleanse your energy.
