Participants will learn practical techniques using models such as the CASE approach and SafeSide Pisani risk formulation, emphasizing prevention over prediction.Learning OutcomesBy the end of the workshop you will be able to:Understand and apply the SafeSide Pisani risk formulation frameworkUnderstand the strengths and limitations of risk assessment frameworksApply CASE approach skills to explore suicidal intentDocument and communicate risk formulations and safety plans effectivelyImplement prevention-focused strategies in challenging presentationsDay 1: Wednesday 5 August 2026Day 2: Thursday 6 August 2026NB: This workshop is designed to be interactive and experiential and will include activities such as role-plays and group discussions. In online workshops, we expect participants to have their camera on throughout, particularly when engaging in these activities.
