These sessions are held at Parkton Place, where the environment itself becomes part of the work. Inviting your body to slow down, soften, and settle in a way that often happens more naturally outside.

Each session is guided by what your body needs in real time blending somatic techniques myofascial work and intuitive touch to gently release holding patterns and restore balance.

You may also be in the presence of animals during your session, including horses and other farm animals. Their calm, regulated nature can offer an added layer of grounding and awareness, though interaction is always optional and led by your comfort. Any interaction is entirely natural and never guided or forced, if they choose to come near it becomes part of the experience, and if not the session remains just as supportive.

This is not about fixing. It is about listening. Sessions are intentionally limited to Wednesdays and Fridays to create a more spacious supported experience. These sessions follow the rhythm of the outdoors and may shift with the weather if needed, we'll adjust your session to keep the experience comfortable and supportive.
