🌊 Paint the Beauty of Vancouver Island in Soft Pastel

Have you always wanted to capture the incredible scenery of Vancouver Island?

Join award-winning Vancouver Island artist Jolene Aarbo for a relaxed and inspiring four-week soft pastel course where you'll learn how to paint dramatic skies, rugged coastlines and beautiful West Coast landscapes.

With only 10 students per class, you'll receive personalized instruction and plenty of individual guidance.

Whether you're completely new to pastels or looking to improve your landscape painting skills, this class is designed to help you grow your confidence while creating artwork you'll be proud to display.

During this course you'll learn

✔ Understanding soft pastels and papers
✔ Colour mixing and layering
✔ Creating atmosphere and beautiful light
✔ Composition and design
✔ Coastal rocks, beaches and skies
✔ Finishing techniques
