We’re a group of women committed to growth. Everyone is at a different stage on the journey, which means you’ll have women ahead of you showing what’s possible, and women behind you who you get to inspire. Together, we learn, grow, and build optimal health, strength, and longevity.

For this event, you’ll get to choose between two groups:

A slower-paced group with rest breaks, perfect for those easing in or rebuilding confidence

A high-energy group for those ready to push their limits and go all-in

Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a cozy lunch and hot drink by the lake, and some of the ladies will take on the ultimate challenge… a cold plunge!

If you’re a woman with a goal to shed fat, build muscle, and connect with like-minded women, this is your invitation. Come join us!
