Schedule:
6:15-6:30 pm - Arrive 

6:30-6:45 pm - Intro's and open discussion on our experience with meditation and what we hope to get out of our time together.

6:45-7:00 pm - Relaxation and focus on breathing.

7:00-7:10 Break 

7:10-7:25 pm - Guided meditation.

7:25-7:30 pm - Wrap up and clean up.

What to bring:  Cushion (for sitting meditation), yoga mat (optional), chairs will be provided.
