Sensory Notes: Please dress for comfort. The floor is squishy mat here, so prepare for a cozy ground support. We may turn the lights off during our rest at the end of class. 

What else to bring: Please bring water and any other props you may have and enjoy using (including a bolster).

Parking is free in the large gravel lot, connected to Dawghouse Gym. Our class will take place in the rear gym, at the far right of the building, if facing the building from the parking lot. I'll plan on leaving the entrance propped open right before class begins. 

We ask that if you do take photos in class, you make sure everyone in the photos wants to be. 🙂

We do not offer refunds to credits for classes, but your reservation can be transferred to another student by you, for the same class you've reserved a spot for. Thank you for understanding.
