We're so excited to welcome a brand new Community Yoga class at The Wellness Loft! All levels welcome…come move, breathe, and connect with us…we have yoga mats and all the props you need!
Our incredible group of Yoga Teacher Trainees is preparing to graduate this November, and before they do, they're teaching a series of community classes to practice their skills and share what they've learned with YOU.

You'll get to experience a variety of voices while supporting our newest teachers as they complete their journey. 

Where: The Wellness Loft 298 Lubeck Rd. Parkersburg

When: Come when you can...no need to attend every class!
September 23rd - practice with Kate
September 30th - practice with Kate
October 7th - practice with Kate
October 14th - practice with Kendall
October 21st - practice with Katherine
October 28th - practice with Esther
November 4th - practice with Kate
November 11th - practice with Stephanie
November 18th - practice with Zach

Time: 6-7pm

Cost: $8/class
