Class: Herbal Tea, the Spring Equinox

This herbal tea making class is all about the Spring Equinox season. Bringing a sweet detox for the body’s mirror of earth with the warmth of the season to come, and connection to grounding. There is limited availability.

The herbal tea - Create and Keep class is where you learn about herbs, tea making, and the herb’s connection to the season. You will create your own tea recipe with guidance to have the perfect tea experience every time. . All supplies and herbs are provided. You will take home 2 bags of loose leaf herbal tea, a tea steeper, and information packet that includes class notes and herbal tea recipes.
Crystal will share her knowledge of herbal tea making and the metaphysical and beneficial properties of the herbs. Including discussing the importance of intentions during curation and putting purpose into daily ritual.
