Step away from the usual pace of life and enter a welcoming circle where we gather as a community to share food, laughter, music, movement, and presence. This is a space for all experience levels—whether you are a longtime drummer, singer, dancer, healer, curious newcomer, or simply someone who feels called to connect.

The evening begins with our community potluck, a chance to enjoy delicious shared food and meet kindred spirits. Please bring a dish, snack, or beverages to share with about 5 people. Homemade, store-bought, simple, or special—every contribution is appreciated and helps create the abundance of our shared table.

After we eat and connect, we’ll gather in circle for a community drum experience. Bring your hand drum, frame drum, djembe, rattle, shaker, flute, or any acoustic percussion instrument you enjoy. No instrument? No problem—extra instruments may be available, and your hands, voice, clapping, and presence are always welcome.

Together, we’ll build rhythms, sing, chant, move, dance, and let the beat carry us into a more connected and energized state. There is no need to perform or “get it right.” Just listen, join in when you feel ready, and allow the rhythm of the group to guide you.

We’ll close the evening with a guided shamanic drum journey—a quiet, inward meditation supported by the steady heartbeat of the drum. Participants will be invited to journey within, connect with a spirit power animal, and receive personal reflection, insight, or guidance from their spirit allies. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye covering, or anything else that helps you lie down and relax comfortably.
